- You need 1 of Shredded Parmesan & Colby Jack Cheese.

- Preheat oven to 375 Fahrenheit.
- Roll dough out and from it cut circular pieces. Mine were sized about 5"x5". Adjust circumfrance size to fit your pastie preferences. I used a bowl to cut out my pastie dough, worked great..
- Take Garlic and Tomato Paste then evenly spread on your mini circles. They should look like the beginning makings of miniature pizzas..
- Add Chopped Ingredients to ONLY HALF of your mini pizza (this way you can fold the dough over like a taco). Think this thought if your not quite sure how many ingredients to add: "How many toppings would you add to one slice of pizza"?.
- Top your inner pizza ingredients with parmesan and colby jack cheese..
- Fold dough over like a taco to seal in all of your ingredients. Pinch the edges of dough to make sure your ingrediants dont slide out. Dont worry if the dough rips or holes appear before baking. You can fill the breaks with cheese which will seal in the ingredients while baking..
- Lightly Spread olive oil atop pastie then Dash parsley flakes, minced garlic, and pepper over the top of your ready to bake pasties..
- Using a butter greased cookie sheet Bake on center rack in oven 30min until dough begins looking toasted and flakey. Give or take a few minutes depending on the size of your pasties..
