Ingredients of Mushroom Stroganoff

  1. Prepare 300 g of Chopped mushrooms.
  2. It's 1 of onion thinly sliced.
  3. Prepare 3 tbsp of sour cream.
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce.
  5. You need 2-3 of garlic cloves finely minced.
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp of paprika powder.
  7. It's 2 tbsp of olive oil.
  8. It's 3/4 cup of chicken/veg/ beef stock.
  9. You need 3-4 tbsp of chopped parsley.
  10. You need 1 teaspoon of dried or fresh parsley for garnish.

Mushroom Stroganoff step by step

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add onions and saute until translucent.
  2. Add garlic and saute until raw aroma goes away.
  3. Add mushrooms and saute for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add stock, paprika and sauce. Since my stock had salt, I skipped it. Mix well.
  5. Allow to cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Add sour cream, mix well. Reduce heat to low. Curry will split if cooked on high to medium heat.
  6. Cook for 5-6 minutes. Add parsley and mix. Garnish with parsley. Serve hot with rice. You can cook noodles in Stroganoff curry, it tastes good.
