Ingredients of Mom's Lasagna
- You need 2 tbsp of Butter.
 - It's 2 tbsp of Flour.
 - Prepare 1/2 liter of Semi-skimmed Milk.
 - Prepare 1 of as needed Bolognese Sauce.
 - It's 2 box of Lasagna Sheets.
 - You need 1 packages of Grated Cheese.
 
Mom's Lasagna instructions
- To make the bechamelsauce melt the butter in a pot and add flour and milk. Stir occasionally until the sauce has thicken a bit (add more flour to thicken more or more milk to thin).
 - Spread a little of the bolognese sauce on the bottom of your baking dish. You can also grease it with butter or olive oil, but I prefer this.
 - Begin with a layer of lasagna sheets. Cover the entire bottom but make sure they don't overlap (break if necessary).
 - Spread some bolognese sauce over the sheets, not to much but make sure they're all covered.
 - Cover the bolognese sauce with bechamel sauce.
 - Repeat these steps (sheets-bolognese-bechamel) until you reach the top of the baking dish.
 - Finish with the grated cheese (a lot of it!).
 - Preheat oven to 180 celsius.
 - Bake for about 20 minutes.
 - Grill for another 5 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
