- It's 4 of boiled eggs.
- It's 8 of boiled potato.
- You need 1/2 cup of chick peas boiled and crushed.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of chopped onion.
- It's 1 tsp of ginger paste.
- It's 1 tsp of garlic paste.
- Prepare 1 of chopped green chilli.
- It's 1 tsp of cumin powder.
- You need 1 of egg.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- You need 1 of /2 tsp turmeric powder.
- It's 1 cup of Bread crumbs.
- You need 1 tbsp of Kasuri methi.
- It's as required of Oil for frying.

Deviled Egg instructions
- Boil the eggs and cut into half. Heat oil in a kadai then add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste cook for 2 minutes, then add crushed chick peas, mashed potatoes,chopped green chilli, cumin powder, turmeric powder, kasuri methi and salt to taste mix well. Cook for 3 minutes..
- In a plate spread the breadcrumbs, in a bowl whisk the egg and keep aside, cover the half egg with potato mixture then dip into the whisked egg, then roll over the breadcrumbs again dip into the whisked egg, then roll into the breadcrumbs again. The process remain the same all eggs halves..
